description:  A cast iron box with a simple slanted roof line, falling from the middle, with a simple turn key cast iron door.  Raised lettering and outer decoration, with some of the lettering painted white to stand out.

information:  The original location for this Combination Police and Fire Telephone is unknown.  But it was made specifically for the St. Louis Fire and Police Telegraph Department.  This box has its original Police Department door, however the door on the back side is blank.
